This thing never stays connected for me. I’ll get it working for a bit, then it randomly drops again like it has a mind of its own. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it almost feels like they expect you to get frustrated and buy something newer or pay for some extra fix. Either way, it’s been really annoying to deal with.

I tried these out and the bass felt weak, and voices sounded kind of muffled to me. I expected things to be a lot clearer, so that part was weird. Overall, the sound just didn’t really work for me...

I like my Cardo unit overall. It works the way it’s supposed to, and I haven’t had any real issues with the headset itself.

The annoying part has been trying to get accessories for it. Stuff like mounts, speakers, and little replacement parts are either out of stock or just weirdly hard to find. It kind of feels like once you buy the main unit, you’re on your own if you need anything extra later.

Support was alright, but not super helpful. They basically just told me to check back later, which doesn’t do much when I need the part now.

I bought this mostly for longer rides, and at first I was excited about it. It looks nice and seemed like it would do the job. But the battery has been a letdown. After just a few hours it starts dropping really fast, so I feel like I’m constantly planning around charging it. Maybe it’s fine for shorter trips, I guess, but for the price I expected way better. Kind of disappointing overall, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ve been using my Cardo mostly for music while riding, it does the job well. The volume holds up even when I’m on the highway, which says enough, and the bass is decent considering it’s coming through helmet speakers. At higher speeds the sound can get a little thin, but it hasn’t bothered me much. Pairing it with my phone was simple too. Not perfect, but I’m happy with it overall. 4 stars

I accidentally got it soaked one time, and I thought that might be the end of it. But after wiping it down and letting it dry, it still works just fine. No weird issues or anything so far

The sound quality and connection have been decent, so I can’t really complain there. But the durability is what bugs me. Mine started getting scuffed up quickly, and after just a few months one of the buttons already feels a little loose. It still works, but for the price I expected it to feel sturdier and hold up better. Overall, it’s okay, but I’m kind of disappointed.

My first impression was positive because the support team was polite and seemed willing to help. They did end up replacing my unit under warranty, which I appreciate, but getting there took a few emails and a fair bit of waiting around. Overall, they handled it, just not as quickly as I would’ve hoped

Am I the only one who couldn’t get this thing to work consistently? I kept running into random connection problems, and a couple times the unit just wouldn’t work right when I actually needed it. Support wasn’t much help either, which made it even more frustrating. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more dependable.

The product itself is okay, but getting help was a bit frustrating. I had a pairing issue and sent a message, then ended up waiting a few days to hear back. When they did reply, the answer felt generic, like they hadn’t really looked closely at what I wrote. I’ve had similar devices before where support got back to me much faster, so this was disappointing. It’s not the worst experience, but they definitely need to improve their response time and make the help feel more personal

I bought this mostly because I wanted better intercom range, but it’s been disappointing. Compared to my old setup, I expected this one to hold the connection much longer, especially for the price. Even when there’s a clear road between us, it cuts out way sooner than I’d hoped. I really wanted to like it, but I wouldn’t buy it again...

I paid for shipping and then basically heard nothing the whole time. No real updates, just the usual automated nonsense that doesn’t actually tell you anything useful. The package finally showed up late, which was irritating. I don’t mind waiting if someone keeps me in the loop, but dealing with a robot system while my order was stuck somewhere made the whole thing feel even more annoying.

I’m not trying to be picky, but the call quality hasn’t been good for me. Voices sound muffled, and the audio cuts out way too often. I expected it to handle basic calls better than this.

i bought a Cardo for my new helmet and it does work well once it’s installed. the setup just wasn’t as easy as i thought it would be. my helmet is a little tight around the cheek pads, so the speakers kept pressing on my ears unless i adjusted them a bunch. the clamp didn’t really sit right either, so i ended up using the sticky mount instead. sound and connection have been good enough overall. i just wish the compatibility info had been clearer before i bought it.

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but the voice commands only seem to work about half the time. It gets annoying when I’m riding and have to repeat myself or just give up

It just didn’t feel smooth from the start. I expected it to pair quickly, but it took forever, and my gut reaction was that something wasn’t working right. Once it finally connected, I was already kind of frustrated.

I bought this mainly so I could take calls while riding, but the mic has been disappointing. People keep telling me I sound far away or muffled, like I’m talking from under a blanket. I tried adjusting the position, updating everything, and cleaning the mic, but it didn’t really make a difference. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting studio-quality sound, but for the price, I do think it should handle basic calls better than this. At this point, I basically avoid using it for calls

Getting it to fit right took me way longer than I expected, honestly. The instructions, to me anyway, were not super clear, and a couple parts I had to redo twice before it made sense. If you’re a beginner, this probably isn’t the easiest thing to start with.

Maybe it’s just me, but the menus can be a bit confusing sometimes. I eventually figure things out, but I do find myself being careful so I don’t click the wrong thing...
